I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. Functionalities required as below. 1. Show all installed applications 2. Check if newer versions exist and indicate to the user. 3. Show notification alerts that new update is available for applicable apps. It should happen daily around 3 times a day by default (should be configurable) 4. Notifications should be shown only for top apps by default (should be configurable) 5. Links to play store when user wants to update.
