I want an Android App. It will have 2 parts:

a) A background service that runs permanently and uploads its GPS coordinates (Latitude, Longitude and Accuracy) every minute to a HTTPS URL along with its Device ID. The background service should auto start - after installation and on device reboots. This service will not have any UI.

b) A user interface that displays the Device ID and the status of last HTTP upload

I will provide App Logo and an image to be displayed in UI.

The app will be uploaded on play store

I need the source code.
