App for a Game

Appreciate you taking a look at the project, I'm looking to create an game app based on the following. It's not important know how the game or what this game is as that is already created. It's a mix between checkers and chess. 1. The gamer creates a mini profile based on 5 characteristics with a picture. 2. The Gamer then searches to fill his 5 Open spots to which he choses to play this game with (Lets keep things simple and say he is only searching by location and whether he wants to play game A game B or game C) --> The gamer will then see those results and can pass on the challenge or take it on by leaving a comment or perhaps giving them a set of options that we define to characterize how good of a gamer they are. 3. The gamer can only add up to 5 slots (other gamers) and be able to connect to these and only these. Once 5 slots are filled you are locked out from searching and connecting with others. However if you have another gamer that wants to play you ant your 5 spots or filled the only way to connect with that person or search for others is to open a space up or decline them the opportunity to play you. I want to develop a basic version and see where we can take it from there. The app does have to have a chat feature once you connect with another gamer however realizing the complexity of video and voice I'm not looking to add that as an option right now. I'm curious to see what the qoutes are for the build and the timeline. Thank You
