I am looking to create an app that will match job seeker CV profiles with relevant job vacancies, and vice versa. As the date is high-dimensional, simple keyword matching will not be accurate enough.
I am looking for an app developer that has successfully created an app that has matched people using sophisticated algorithm technology.
I know there are a number of ways to do this including using statistical models, machine learning, CV parsing software, and open source tools. I would like to know the approach you would suggest and why. If you have relevant experience or examples of apps you have worked on that would be helpful as I select the developer for this project.
