iOS Developer for Web View App + Firebase Push Notifications Integration -- 2

Need an iOS developer to build a simple iOS app with following specifications: -> App should work on both iPad and iPhone. -> App should work on all iOS versions 9 to 12. -> Upon first launch, app should prompt user to allow push notifications. -> Upon first launch, app will present a basic menu with 3 buttons, each button is a different topic the user can subscribe to. The user can only select 1 of the buttons to subscribe to. -> The FCM token and the subscribed topic name should be saved into firestore (this will be used later to send topic-specific push notifications through firebase cloud messaging, this functionality has already been built, you will just need to write this data from the app into the firestore database). -> Once the topic is selected and FCM token registered, app should load into a full screen webview. The webview URL is different depending on the topic that was selected. There should be simple navigation buttons at bottom of screen for reload, back, and home page. -> Every time the app is opened after the initial setup, it should go right to the webview screen, bypassing topic selection. //// Other Details: -> This app will not be published on the app store, it will be manually installed on a few devices (so you do not have to worry about the strict Apple store guidelines). -> Deliverable will require full xcode project that is reasonably well commented.
