I am not a dumb hello. the app will use BroadcastReceiver to detect incoming calls and save the time stamp and will run in background and locker module will switch on if time stamp is more then particular time. but how it will be unlocked? This app will cost $500 for each platform. consider my bid and discuss further details.

I am not a dumb Collective cost of both apps will be $135+$15(freelancer fee) On Android it will be usage of broadcast receivers for call receive and call made and database to store how many times user called or recieved call from spacific user (contact or number) On IOS side my IOS developer is 3 years experienced and will definitely know how to do this work. Google In App Purchases will be required created on Developers console of Google.
