Hi, For previous iOS projects, have a look at work history and clients' reviews sections on my profile. Are you sure the notifications for that app are enabled on the real device? Also, the app must ask the user to enable notifications, this is mandatory by Apple. To say you more, I need to have a look at the source code. Feel free to ask further information.
