Rebuild a sentence generator iOs app -- 2

This is a photography app, that generates sentences in english. These sentences are dynamically built from a group of pre-defined variables, and so hundreds of potential combinations can be made. Only one sentence is generated, each time.

Each variable is one of many: there are 8 "buckets" of variables. Each bucket contains a potentially limitless number of variables. The sentence generated by the app will randomly contain variables from between 2, and up to all 8 buckets. The app has been coded in it's basic state and also has an online version that I can show you.

It's been coded in such a way so that there is a higher chance that a smaller number of buckets will be used a majority of the time, to prevent long sentences always being displayed.

For example:

"Today, i'm going to [bucket 1 variable] with my [bucket 2 variable] and its gonna [bucket 3 variable] just so that i can [bucket 4 variable].

Users hit a "recycle" icon, and a new sentence generates. In the iOs app, a user can "like" a challenge, and it then is stored in their "saved" challenges folder.

In the admin panel, each variable can also be assigned an image, and a set of links: if the user taps the variable, a display box pops up with the image, a further description, and relevant links.

The app has been built, but requires further refining. I'm looking for a developer to take over development, refine this version.

DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS:

1: Solid knowledge of english as a first language or very strong second language. Since this app generates sentences in english, there are times when specific language exceptions must be made. For example, if a certain word is present in a certain context, a rule may need to be applied to ensure that the next word in the sentence has an additional prefix

2: An understanding of subtle and beautiful animation. I will mostly be directing this, and much of it is already done in the app.

3: Excellent communication, responses within 24 hours, without exception

4: The current working version, updated earlier this year, is available here: [login to view URL] - this is the effective functionality of the iOS app. Please review this to provide your estimates. This is exactly as the app (which is already 80% built) behaves.

INITIAL PROJECT REQUIREMENTS AND SCOPE FOR QUOTING:

1: Review the existing code, and alert me as to whether this is usable (my understanding is that the code is quite sound as it is, although it is in C, not Swift. Can it Stay in C? it's a simple app)

2: Make basic design changes (supplied as PDF)

3: Move the hosting of the application from Hostgator to my new hostingprovider

4: Make the current app at [login to view URL] available instead at my other domain name (provided)

5: Correct several basic bugs and design quirks to the existing functionality

6: Add an entrance panel so that user enters their email address for their profile to be stored

So far, the build has cost me $2kAUD in total. Based on this, my understanding is the changes above are quite small. I encourage you apply with a view to this part being small, but then being interested in working with me to polish it.
