RECHARGE AND PAN COUPON MANAGEMENT FOR RETAILER AND DISTRIBUTOR AND ADMIN

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I need an application of Android which will be work for all kind of mobile recharges like prepaid postpaid DTH and the utility bill payment. also this app will be worked for UTI PSA Pan coupon management. this app will be connect with various API provider each API provider will be connect using various module. in distributor login there will be option for same as retailer login also it will contain retailer activation list of retailer view margin add new retailer delete retailer commission setting option as well as payment gateway option. in retail login there will be option of all kind of recharges and purchase option for PAN card coupons. also there will be a option for adding money using payment gateway as well as offline mode for taking balance from the distributor. hair I attach an application for example purpose this application contains only the recharge but I need recharges function as well as PAN card coupon distribution method also the adding of new retailer of PAN card and recharge.
