Hi Andrew, Based on the attached document, I have experience with all the requirement except Amazon SNS, but that wouldn't be a problem in terms of implementation. As I understand the project is already on the final stage and you have the source code and API ready for release? My concerns are the code quality of the application and that will affect my developing time, so it can vary widely.
