Write an Android application

I want an android app for my interesting stuffs which i am generating in JSON Format. The Link of the JSON files is : [login to view URL] and at this link, here is an XLSX (Microsoft Spreadsheet Format) file where different categories are illustrated . In this app, I want + + Material Designing is must. + Splash Screen should be added. + Swipe-To-Next-Page feature within the same category.(as in Google Newsstand ) + On clicking on the link with the page it should redirect to the web-view within my app (just like facebook). + User should to be able to store the web-view content for later read. + Share the content via app should be there. + Offline cache memory for the data storage is needed. and I need it before 30th October 2015
