Develop a app for controlling visitors in a parking lot. This system will be user in a android tablet 7” screen, developed in xamarin c#. All the information in the app will be stored consuming webservices, if the webservice is not accessible, all the data must be saved locally and when the webservice is accessible again, sent all the data that was stored locally to the webservice.
The app must be able to capture the visitors photo and the cars plates and in the case of cars plates, is desirable that the app should be able to extract the characters of the plate’s photograph, but if it’s not possible a simple input of the car’s plate will be satisfatory.
