I believe that I would be the best candidate to develop the iOS app required as I have prior experience in developing location based applications. Location based application could potentially drain the iPhone battery, hence my implementation will follow iOS best practices recommended by Apple. However I will be only responsible in delivering iOS app and necessary APIs should be made available for the following, 1. Querying traded items 2. Submitting an item for trade 3. Submitting reviews 4. Sign in/Register/Profile management Traded item: item details, images, location details, reviews If no such API exists I can guide you to develop the data structure and REST APIs following industry best practices, but will not take responsibility of implementing it. An Apple developer account should also be provided.

I am assuming you have server and working services for a. login b. nearest accounts based on lat long c. upload images d. add review I also assume we will go with APNS for chatting or you have a chat server and we will go with the native UI. You will provide me the wire frame.
