Write an iPhone application

Multi check list To create an iOS app that has a display of rows and columns. Data will need to be entered via text, date scroller, and three basic graphics will be added in cells / changed simply by pressing some of the cells. New rows and columns will need to be added by pressing a floating “+” button for a new row or a floating “+”button for a new column. As rows and columns are added, the app will take up more of the iOS device screen, and will require scrolling up and down and left to right to see all data. As rows ands columns are entered, those cells must respond to presses as described below. The left column will be for people, there top column will represent task. The two when referenced will display result of task (tick or cross) The top row will be for entering tasks, 2nd row for entering a due date (via a date schroller), and a “Mark all” row (when pressed will enter a green tick, or when pressed twice will enter a red cross, and repeat etc). These top three rows and the left hand column will always need to be visible (similar to freeze panes in excel) When referencing the person against the task, there will be a status box. When the status box is pressed , a Green Tick will be entered, if pressed again, a red cross, and if pressed again will turn blank, and if pressed again will disappear. The left hand column and top three rows will always need to be seen, whilst the other rows and columns scroll (similar to freeze panes in excel). There will be a floating column and row with data about entries. This data can be changed using date ranges. (quite simply select [number][days, months, years] and the app should report the number of events within that timeframe) There should be adverts on the app, and an in-app-purchase to remove adverts. Preferred adverts are apple or Google, but I am open to advise. A rough design will be given, but this will need to be improved to be a professional looking app As I am an amateur, I will require assistance to load to app-store. A full milestone will be created once agreed but no money will be released until the app is complete, 50% will be released at this stage and the final 50% once live on app store. This is non-negotiable.
