I need a Moodle developer

Hello, I am looking for a developer with advanced knowledge of Moodle to make 2 scripts / plugins with the following functionalities: 1. A button for each questionnaire type "Print to PDF", which brings up the list of questions and at the end the worksheet solutions. The PDF format has a logo in the header and pagination in the footer. 2. A drop-down menu for the configuration of each questionnaire, where the percentage of negative qualification (None, -5%, -25%, -33%, etc.) of the false answers can be established. Right now this can only be done answer by answer, that is, in a test of 100 questions with 4 possible answers, this data would have to be entered 300 times. For more details please contact me.
