Midi Song Writer

I need a Midi application that can: 1. Create a song in the style of a Midi file (type 1) imported into the program. 2. Select output devices. 3. Option to save song as Midi type 1. 4. Select key and tempo of song. 5. Play the song in the program. 6. Compose button to create a new song. Please give examples of previous Midi work.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
