Implement Solr search on a new website

I've worked with Solr/Lucene/Elastic Search (all improvements on the same technology) for more than a million records. I can build a search indexing system quickly for your requirement. I'd like to know the scope of the project, depending on which the price may be a little higher or lower. For example, if there's a lot of work on the look and feel of the search form rather than functionality, it'll cost more time and money to build. Also, it depends on the deployment requirement.
