I need a skilled linux administrator who can setup a dedicated server

We have a dedicated server running on linux for a few months on Hostgator. However today we have serious issues ... the issue is max_connections problem. The hosting changed settings from max 25 to 100, but it didnt help. I need a professional who can set it up correctly, because its an unmanaged dedicated server and we never touched the server so the settings on the server are not good and are default. Do you know how to set it up right? You need experiences with Linux, MYSQL Dedicated server and how to setup [login to view URL] correctly. Lowest bid with proof of experience get the job. 0 feedback bidders has no chance because its sensitive serious server and no test project.
