Looking for a Windows app that can run in the system tray and sniff the network traffic to:-

1) Record the VOIP phone calls (ideally to an MP3 or some other compressed format but WAV would suffice).

2) Log the caller id and perform a lookup in our MySQL database to get the clients details in real-time then display a pop-up with the required information on the desktop

Must be completed in VB.net as I have other applications I have written in VB.net that I want to integrate this into.
