Database could be MySQL, since most providers offer it in hosting plans. I would go with a fully custom solution made by myself, since it can be more flexible rather that an integrated one. The software will be built using PHP and MySQL. To manage the layout will be used Bootstrap, but we expect there is no work to be done relating art direction or graphics, i.e. or will be used a Bootstrap template or a ready made graphic will be provided. Before developing the system BPMN processes will be designed to define detailed requirements, along with UI mockups and other artifacts (i.e. use cases) to explain specific process tasks functionality. Another requirement will be the acceptance of a Master Data diagram to define the objects and data that the system will manage. Finally the system will have at least one middle milestone to show the work and check the requirements. We assume that the hosting for the system is provided by the customer and that also the agreement with the payment processor will be made by the customer, assuming the integration is of a complexity is no more than the integration of Paypal.
