I am facing an issue with eBay API

I have a website which is bringing eBay order details from eBay using cronjob.

and after generation of tracking details , it uploads some data on that similar order again.

All the code was working few days ago, but now the 2nd part is not working.( upload details on eBay order )

I will also help you in finding files. but I need it fixed in an hour. either you fix it or do 2nd part from scratch.
