mysql data to json

hi guys .. I'm looking for an app that automates the process of consulting mysql tables of retail sales tickets and converts them to json and then post to an api service that is already in production. specifications: the authentication method to post is: Base64 encoded user and pass and then add to the authentication header of the http request. So: I am thinking about this: it is possible a script that when executed launches a small graphical interface with the fields: 1. ip where is the database to consult 2. name of the tables to consult. 3. mysql user 4. pass from sql. 5. Authentication username and password to post (base64 encoded) 6. url of the api service. I await proposals and budget. Thank you.
