We have mySQL installed on Windows 2019 Server which is providing the database for a CMS. We have mySQL on default settings and would like someone with expert knowledge of setting this up to take a look and suggest optimisations with the mysql.ini. We also require someone to look at some of our more complex queries (with joins) to see if they could be written better. We are a UK company and servers based in the UK.
