Outlook 2013 Addin - Select email to export to SQL database

Hi, I am Nallakumar. I have more than 8 years of experience in creating addins for Outlook and other office products. I believe , the email details like from, to, subject and html body needs to extracted from the selected emails and inserted into a sql table along with the projected id selected from the drop down in the dialog box and the attachments are extracted and saved in a pre determined path in the server. Hi there, I saw your project and it is quite interesting, in fact, I have built exactly the very same project you have posted a couple of times, for different customers. It is very common that clients ask to export Outlook assets to external servers. I can export any asset from Outlook to any external server. I build an Outlook extension which takes care of reading and extracting the data you select, and a server side script in any language (ASPX, PHP, Java, etc) so the Outlook extension can communicate with and upload the required data. As I told you before, I have several extensions like this one you ask already developed. So, if you allow me I can send you a demo or some screenshots to show you how it works from the user perspective and internally, how they are built, what technology they use, etc. And obviously, I can take any of those already-built projects and customize them to your needs, with the features you need. Also, the email exporters include extraction of email attachments, compression of attachments and uploading of email attachments to your server. The emails can be stored in the server to a database or to the file system (eml format). Dear Sir I am outlook addin expert. I have already done many project similar to this requirement. It seems it is CRM project. My approch; 1)Need to store database ip address and user I'd password in to config file. 2) when user select any mail and choose 'Archive to database' Button From Outlook Toolbar Then POPUP Window Show AND User Can Select The Project AND CLICK On Send. 3)If that email is already there in the database then it will save otherwise it will save and category color of that mail will be changed. I have been working with .net since 4 years and I have been working with Outlook AddIn 2010 since the lasts 6 months for an important canadian enterprise. In this project I created and helped in many tools like web pages using AngularJS and MVC4, creating web methods in WCF, Entity Framework to Save Data and the creation of a Region and the customization of the Ribbon in Microsoft Outlook Addin, in that AddIn I created a Region that is like a little window in a side of the window, for booking rooms. In that Region I showed up a few comboxes to select the building and the floor, depending on the choice of a user, a bitmap is obtained from the database and is shown in the region, and the rooms are represented as button with different colors depending of they are booked or not, that information is obtained from Microsoft Exchange. Apart of that I made a Ribbon the save the prefered floor of a user. What I am understanding of your project. The email can be written in a TextBox and saved in a database via entity framework. I suppose a textbox or combobox where the user write or select the email. That box could be opened by the ribbon but I don't understand this part "... to select the project to add the email to." I can easily get the list of projects with entity framework. With the email detail I suppouse you are talking about the body text, the title and those stuffs. The attachments can be compressed and saved in the database. I expect you pick me =). Greetings.
