57123 Page Tracker Application

I need an application built in C# which allows users to track web pages. I already have a project started form a previous programmer, who has done some of the work on the features of this project. However, it is incomplete and some one must finish it or do it from scratch. I will provide this code to the winning bidder. The application should allow the user to specify the URL they want to track, the interval of time (i.e. 2 times a day) or specific days of the week and time of day (i.e every sunday 8:00 pm) the application should check for changes and store copies of the page for those intervals. The user must be able to specify multiple different URLs with different settings . The application should notify the user when a change in the page is detected, and it should be able to display to the user a copy of the page from the previous check and the new check, highlighting the differences. (you can use MHT- web archive files to store the pages) In other words a sort of a diff UI which displays what was changed. The application should keep each version of the page until the user decides to delete remove it. To summarize and clarify the application should aprovide these features: 1. Ability to specify a URL to track and the interval of time to check on updates. 2. Store a copy of the page at the time it was checked. 3. Ability to compare between the different versions of the page that were downloaded. 4. Highlight what was removed, added, modified. (I am well aware of some of the limitations on the DIFF part. I don't expect you to do the impossible.) 5. Ability to track and manage multiple URLs The UI is not important, it will be redone. The importance is the functionality behind it – basically pulling the pages at the specified time and showing the differences in the text. I expect a well a .net component(dll) or series of classes that allow for all of the above functionality. You must still provide a UI which should be very basic and will be used simply for testing purposes. I need the final code with clear comments and some limited support for bugs after delivery. Please do not use any open source code/software which would require the open source of this application.
