The basic intent of this the partners & Affiliates page is to make people aware that there is a financial opportunity for them in working with us. We may have the client or the money they don’t’ know about or vice versa. Either way by joining forces we can do a deal together and split the revenue vs. working it alone and it taking forever or risking another competitor may get the deal. Below is a brief explanation of what I am trying to achieve. I have also attached several websites for examples of what they do with their program. 1. Partners & Affiliates a. Partnership Opportunities will be explained on how partnering with our company makes sense. – Why Partner With Us b. FAQ section where we state questions that will most likely be asked then give the answer below. This will provide info to all interested parties before they contact us. c. Affiliate Blog so that affiliates and partners can talk about how it is to work with us. i. Surveys? d. Marketing brochure for partners and affiliates. e. Affiliates & Partners: a. When a potential affiliate or partner signs up they will fill out a basic page of questions where we will ask many questions about them and their business. They will submit this info and then that info will be sent to us for approval. With this information will be a contract that can be viewed and looked at by them whereby they agree to specific terms that are required to work with us. i. We will receive their contact info, other that we requested and they provided to us like referrals, deals closed, how long they have been in the business, education level, etc. Once we review their package and if we approve it we will then execute our side of the contract. ii. They may also fill in information about a certain money claim that they are interested working with us on. 1. This claim may have been located on our website or perhaps they found money and need us to close the deal because we have the client and they have found money for our client and can’t close the deal. 2. iii. An auto email will be sent to them notifying that they have been approved by our company and asking them to contact us, etc. iv. Affiliate Log-in is required once the affiliate has been approved so we can make available to them portions of our data base search not accessible to the general public by searching out site, etc. v. Partnership / Affiliate Access: 1. May charge for access or may not. TBD 2. They need a page or process to set up their user id and Log in info once they have been approved. Perhaps a link is sent to them for this process with the approval email. 3. Allows the ability to set for notifications each month on new names that hit our system. a. This will need to be controlled in some fashion. Example is that they may have a client and then they list that client in our data base. They may ask for an auto email if there are ever funds for that client. If we locate funds and it matches the clients they register with us then the system will notify us and them when there is a hit so that we can claim they money together. ?
