hi this is ali arbaz first of all i want to inform the image provided is destroyed so i can't visualize it but i understood the concept. here data structures like graph are to be maintained along with database. i am c++ developer so i can do this project in c++ connecting it with microsoft sql server 2008/2012. please send proper image and define your platform explicitly. cheers

I Have good knowledge of C#, with working experience of 1 year. though 1 year exp looks less but i have got great knowledge in this one year, i am sure i will deliver project that will exceed your expectations. I am not able to see Image provided, so cant come up with design. but I can make a great windows app using C#.
