Palm Application/Conduit/Agent

I need a Palm/Desktop/Server application that will sync my exisitng application to a SQL server located on a remote server. Below are the keys points - Application on Palm when user runs the application the tables will sync - An application on the users machine listening for the event - This application will pass the palm tables to the server - An application on the server listening for the event - The server application will accept the palm tables and update a SQL database - The server application will also pass tables back to the Desktop application that will pass back to the Palm - The server application must allow multiple users to sync at the same time - The desktop application must validate the user via the server agent - The user will also be allow to do a wireless sync which will go directly to the server - The desktop application should also be able to install a Plam application that resides in a folder on the server
