site redesign and seo

I would like quotes to redesign [login to view URL] the site currently uses adsense to make money and offers users the chance to view live football (soccer) scores from around the world. the sute is currently optimized for live scores online and ranks in the top 10 on google for various keywords. Traffic is currently around 600 uniques per month but this is not enough, the site design is bad and the seo needs seriously looking at. What I would lke done: * complete redesign with a web 2.0 feel and the ability for users to select their favorite team. * When a user comes back the main screen would show them their favorite team, may be with a logo, and show relevent new feed, scores, fixtures etc along with the ability to view other teams / divisions. * usual site enhancements like email team updates (auto), send this site to a friend, etc. * adsense, ebay and amazon products relevent to the users team * live scores from around the world * seo / backlinks * as many pages as possible of unique content to keep users browsing and gain a higher pagerank. Any other ideas you can bring to the table will be consdered and judged in your price, if you have a higher price but better ideas that would appeal to me more than cheap work.
