We want a Windows desktop application coded using .net (c#).
Application will be rotating images on the second screen of the computer (7inch) with desired time intervals. The images will be added through the app into a specified folder. This rotation will continue till when a txt file is created by another application on a specified file location. 3 numeric parameters will be gathered from this txt file, which will be used to generate a QR code. QR image will be displayed on screen for a desired time period and then app. will return to initial phase (image rotation). Txt file will be deleted.
The application will have a PIN protected setup screen. Some parameters will be entered during setup.
A txt file path and images file path will be defined in this setup area. The parameters defined in setup area along with the parameters from txt file will be used to create a Qr string. Then this string will be encrypted with a stored encryption key and will be turned into Qr image.
then qr image will be displayed on screen for desired period of time.
We want a team or individual which is experienced and efficient enough to finish the project in estimated 50 hours (7days+3 days testing).
