Write Code that will Automatically Create Websites within IIS

I'm looking for an experienced developer that can write some code that will automatically create websites within IIS. For example, I want to provide a configuration file that lists the website URL, IP Address, and Host Header Information. Your code should take this information and automatically create new websites.

I need to create hundreds of websites and I don't want to do this manually - so that's why I need a tool that will do it automatically for me. It's much easier to put together a configuration file that lists all the required data so that a utility can automatically create these websites within IIS.
