Bot/Spider Application that Automatically Creates Hits

I need an experienced developer that can develop a VB.NET or C# application that uses a bot/crawler to automatically generate hits on specified URLs. I want the application to allow me to input an unlimited number of URLs where I want to generate hits at. Then I want this application to allow me to set the amount of hits to generate on a per minute basis. Now, the application should be fast enough as to generate at least 100 hits per minute – this is a business requirement… I also want to be able to insert the total number of hits that the application should generate for all the URLs combined before it shuts itself off. If no number is inserted within this textbox then the application should continue until I manually close the application. In addition, when the application generates a hit I want the application to use a randomly generated IP address (preferably without the use of proxy servers) and I also want the application to randomly select a unique “User Agent” server variable from a file that I will provide. Now – the critical part to this application is in the way it generates hits. Should I use an URL that has a popup or a popunder then I want your bot/crawler to somehow allow these popups and popunders to launch so that it’ll register a hit. In addition, if the URL or the popups/popunders want to create any cookies, then your application should at least give the impression that cookies were created… But of course – all of this should be handled internally by the application’s bots or crawlers. I don’t want to see any Windows or popups and popunders display on my desktop. In other words – your application should allow this hit to occur as it would occur if a real human being actually went to the URL but without seeing anything – it should be completely transparent. For the right developer this would be an easy application to do. So, when you bid for this project – please let me know if you have any experience doing similar work to this. Any bots or crawlers type of experience is a must for this project. I want a developer that can do the work and deliver in a timely manner. I don't want to miss around with someone that doesn't take his work seriously...
