I'm looking for ways to take several mobile networks, using usb LTE-modems and ethernet, onboard wifi, etc and bonding them all together/balance the bitrate, so I can stream video feeds to a server.
My budget is $1,000USD, but looking to hire someone to build a proof of concept for $500 first.
