Install WebRTC on a cloud VPS

I need WebRTC (audio and video) installed on a Google Cloud VPS and mapped to a web domain and with Wildcard SSL (for all subdomains). Last time was about 10 hours work.
- Setup is for 1 broadcaster and multiple viewers (up to 30), audio and video, map 1 link for each, all on the web, will be subdomain, example:
[login to view URL] = broadcaster interface
[login to view URL] = viewer interface
- Viewer can be embedded in iframe on other site, max width, similar to YouTube live iframe embed fullscreen [login to view URL]
- WebRTC application starts on server reset
- Best if ubuntu on VPS, others okay
I will provide Google Cloud access, domain, wildcard SSL
