Convert Safari Extension to Safari App Extension (Xcode)

I'm an author of Safari Extension (Deprecated [login to view URL]) named Stylish [login to view URL] and I need to convertor rebuild for Xcode project as Safari App Extension like this [login to view URL] or from scratch like this [login to view URL]

Also I need a consultation and advise to how to optimize new App Extension for better performance if it possible with new structure.
