mobile game base location "BEACONS"

Hello, I am looking for developer that will be able to receive data from Beacons base on Bluetooth, sample for code you can find: [login to view URL] there is many other Beacons that very not smart all that the give us is data and our mobile need to be adjust, the job is to create application for iOS that will guide us in big places, like mole, school... for disable kids and for the teacher [login to view URL] need to assign location to specific user, for example to get out from class to the toilet, or to other place... 2. teacher can send to all of his class new location where they need to go. 3. Teacher can define location base on time for particular class, kids... 4. teacher will have admin to monitor and check for each user list where he his and future commands 5. user can choose there avatar on mobile 6. application for kids will be as a game with coin that they collect on the way, if they are going out of the road teacher and they will told. 7. admin can control all user place, find and monitor position. 8. we will be able to collect coins and give some level, bonus to each student as an option. 9. the site need to be build multi language 10. all design for admin, avatar, game etc.. will be giving by me more detail will be given after evaluate the correct freelancer to the project
