oscommerce small URL re-write bug

If you are not familiar with oscommerce please do not bid.
I had added a template with some modules to make the site look different to stock oscommerce.
I added a contribution for URL re-writes which is what I need.
When I activate the SEO contribution the template modules do not appear in the front end. As soon as I deactivate the SEO contribution, the template modules re-appear in the front end.

The template URL will be given to bidders.
There is a small clash somewhere but I cannot work out where.
