Partner Dynamic Data base driven site open source Speculativ

Hi All Speculative project for immediate start. I have a project which I want to start immediately for which I need a partner who will take an equity stake. This is an extremely simple site therefore developing this project for someone with the required skills will be very fast. I do not want someone on the pay role. I want someone who works for themselves and can see the bigger picture. The project fulfills the following criteria: • Provides a current need. • Provides this service Free of charge. • Has a large international audience. • Currently there is no site offering the same product. If you have built any of the following then you will have the skills we will need. • Recruitment online agency • Property search site • Music search site. • Dating service site • Any site where property people are matched. • Understanding of current and up and coming on line audio useful. This is not a sex site. Incase you are concerned. You will be asked to agree to an NDA. I am not presenting a specification as I would expect to develop this with you. I am not a programmer and though I like to learn programming it is not my goal. I did put up this requirement and have received a lot of responses.
