Our customer can need more support and our experts can gain money providing premium assistence by videochatting and remote controlling the remote pc. Each Expert ll have an own page where he can describe his skills and abilities and his pricing x minute per videochatting support and remote controlling. Each Expert is rated. In the Videochat case the Expert can provide support to the pc owner with a cost x minute. An expert can login to the site and being to be avalable for providing live support. Our User can know if and how many experts are live on the site, In the Remote control case expert expert can provide a Videochat support to the pc owner with a cost x minute.
