Access county web sites and use public data to create property database. As an example, [url removed, login to view];submnu=Account&lftmnu=&flag=&head=&nolistmanager=&cookieCheck=&Data1=92188&Page=1
produces a the first of 8 pages of property owneres in who have 92188 as the first five numbers their property Acessors Parcel Number. On each of the eight pages, their is a link to detailed information.
If you use:
[url removed, login to view];submnu=Profile&pin=921880020000&tp=108&cp=3
The detail page comes up with the owners name and address.
The goal is to create a database of properties with information about the name and address of owner, what the purchase price history is.
You can work at home in Hawaii, Alaska or Singapore.
Payment will be made when the project is completed.
Note: My example is for Hawaii, but my next goal will be the counties in California so make your underlaying code flexible/reusable for future work.
