65272 overture domain checker

I need a program that will run from my computer. (1Mb broadband connection). The program should parse a website that I will specify and get just the domain names. The domains should then all be converted to lowercase. Then I the domains should be checked for results using the overture search term suggestion tool at [login to view URL] It should list all those domains with any results, along with the number. After the domains have all been completed, it should list all the names in order of number of results. There will probably be about 400,000 domains, so it may need to split the list up into sections depending on the number of overture results.
