Apply Glass Effect to Picture

I am looking for someone who can apply a glass effect to the enclosed costume picture to make it look like it is made of clear thin glass. I have enclosed some examples of a glass effect. It will need to be an exact glass version of the picture. The purpose of this picture is to be used in a lenticular flip picture to appear the costume is turning from the regular picture to a glass version. That is why it is important it be an exact glass version of the picture. The picture will need to be transparent enough to be layered against different backgrounds if possible. The version made should appear clear and not reflect any background color. If you have done a glass effect picture or can do one as an example of your skills, please send that to me and, if it is good, you will go to the top of my list. Thank you.
