Scope of Work: - Finding, interviewing, and hiring models - Coordination of shoots - Location scouting if any - Travel, setup, and photoshoot - Editing files as necessary - Delivering files We are a new eyewear company. Looking for a photographer to shoot our eyeglass frames on models (adults) for our company to use for social media, marketing and advertising. Would require photographer to provide their own models. We will send you approximately 30 different eyeglass frames to shoot (on models and some with props). Looking for diversity in models (age 18+). photos to be stylish with both headshots and full images. Photographer would need to provide releases from models to permit our using the photographs. Once contract is approved, photographer to find approximately 6 trade models to shoot whether it be in 1 or 2 separate shoots. Negotiate with the trade-for-print models by providing them one to three images for their portfolio. Models should be diverse and include one middle aged male and female. Be clear with the models about the purpose of the photos and have them sign a release for photos to be used by Jack Doby Eyewear Co. Approx. 30 frames will be shipped and coordination with the models’ schedules for a photo shoot time, with varying backdrops. No other brand names, logos or any defining company symbols or marks will be visible in photos on clothing, storefronts, or other (ie, no Apple watch, no Nike apparel, no logos, no names, etc) Getting as many lifestyle shots delivered as possible from each shoot, including a mix of headshots and full body. Deliver the photos from each shoot as soon as they are minimally post-processed Will need no less than 6 usable photos on light solid color background to use for our website (3 male, 3 famale including 2 with use of sunwear). These may need to be re-touched (post-processed). Deliver no less than 300 photos to be used for social media (ie, Instagram). Some of these photos should include props instead of models. Shoot will have at least 6 models with at least 2 (male and female) being middle aged. All models will be at least 18 years of age. Models will be diverse – with a fairly equal number of photos from different ethnic backgrounds. Each photo will have attached (corresponding list on paper) the name of the frame and the color number (both of these are seen on every frame) – when photos are returned to us (ie, if you’re shooting our frame named Benji – Color C1 (our code) – we need to know that’s the frame in that particular picture. For example, on Instagram, we may show the model wearing the eyeglass frame, but we also write the model of eyeglasses and color in same post. All frames will be returned to us in the same fashion as they were received (new condition in it’s own plastic bag) after photo shoot(s) are completed.
