Good day, I have over 8 years of experience with Adobe Photoshop. I have done such tasks for female model images. Among the tasks I had to perform: color correction, add tan to skin, adjust light source, remove background details, remove skin imperfections and wrinkles, correct lipstick and make-up and occasionally remove hair frizz or add strands to make it look more neat. I also had to make model look younger and other complex tasks. I have good control over pen tool, patch tool, spot healing brush tool, dodge and burn in all 3 cases, as well as layer styles and masks.
