Overview: To have an online form people can submit prayer requests to a church. The requests would get approved by an admin and get posted on their website, with the ability for other people to subscribe, via an RSS feed, for new prayers. That way, they don't have to come to our website for the latest prayer requests.

* Website they want to emulate for display purposes: [login to view URL]
*Regarding the display, need the public prayer requests to display in a list in sequential order, first in, first out.
* Would like to keep a week's worth of prayer requests viewable.
* The process they are after would be: Prayer Request submitted ==> Moderator approves it (to ensure nothing inappropriate gets posted) ==> displays on their website as example above
* Client has a $100.00 budget
