Quick Start! Extending our existing CMS with dynamic inline editing (Jotform.com like behaviour just more than forms) – Long Term

Please see attached PDF for details. As we are already delayed with this project and have to post it again we are looking for a company that can start right away. (should have started 3 weeks ago). If we are happy to work with you, it will be a long term relationship as the system is extended all the time. We invited all companies from our previous post about this project again. 2 important facts: - Please add some risk management to the bid. There might be some changes during development which should be covered in the price. - Please add some time you take to get to know the system as there are quite some factors to know. - It is not a clone of jotform, we just like some behaviours (read ouf PDF) Please answer following questions via PMB when doing the quote: 1) Do you accept our payment terms? 2) Signing an NDA, do you have issues with that? 3) Can you issue a proper invoice? 4) What is your company size? 5) Do you have experiences in using SVN? 6) Can you do this project by using Jquery? 7) Can you start right away and how long will Step 1 take? 8) What is your hourly rate. !!Please only bid if you can meet and accept the following, if you don’t please don’t bid!! - Payment Terms: Escrow Only. **************************** You are bidding for a project with 3 milestones. If you bid for each milestone separately, we will Escrow money for 1st milestone and pay upon completion of Milestone 1. If you bid total for the hole project, 1/3 will be put into escrow and released after Milestone 1 was finished and then we procced to Milestone 2. - Please ask for the startup-documentation we have done to get more insight (we send it via PMB) - Please ask for our NDA that has to be signed up front that you can see it and agree to it as we only issue access details once it is signed. (we send it via PMB) - You must have experiences with SVN. *********************************** We use TortoiseSVN and command line on Linux. All our system is under version control, we supply a testbranch for you, and a testserver, so you could test at our environment. Of course we help you if you want to set it up on your own environment. - It should be a bigger company that no delays happen due to illness. - There should be a project manager assigned for us and a 2nd person if we can’t get hold of the project manager itself. All discussion should go through the project manager via Messenger (preferred msn) and Email – we describe what we want, the detailed workout for development would be done by the project manager. - We want constant and good communication in English about the status (usually with the project manager) - TIMEFRAME ************** As we are already delayed we want to start right away and during February Milestone 1 and 2 would be great. If you believe that is not doable just mention it, timeframe is negotiable, but the faster the better.
