its a website for traffic updates generated by users
I want to add twitter connect + post updates on the users twitter time line by a tweet
the tweet will depend on the option the user choose from this page:

or any other street
the tweet will be like :
"Street name" traffic status is: "user choice ( either good or ok or bad )" "link to page on website" #hashtag
the website is developed in symfony frame work ( i dont know if this important or not, but i thought you should know )
bid must not exceed 50$
