Wordpress Plugin

I need a wordpress pro to create a very special wordpress plugin.

The Plugin have to extend the default "insert image" dialog from wordpress with a new button "insert puzzle".

(see Dialog at the attached image)

When the user press the new "insert puzzle" button everything happens like the user pess the "insert image" button, but it must be editable at the plugin code.

That's all.

You don't have to change the core wordpress code,

Plugin must have the new OOP wordpress plugin structure.

Attached the "Wordpress Insert Image" Screen.
There i need an additional Button "Insert Puzzle".

User could insert any image as an puzzle like from th elink above.

User could use any needed size.

User could setup the number of rows and cols (my suggestion : embedd the image into a shortcode, so it's possible to add additonal attributes e.g. rows=3 cols=5)
