PHP Google Play Android Developer for Stats

Very simple project.... no info is avalible to get data from the Android Developer Account to pull the same data from thier CSV downloads. I need a class or functions to be able to do this easily.

All downloads, operators, all the same reports. I should be able to set the date, the app id. We also need the App ID's on the account and a status.

If there is an API please use this, if no api is available im sure this is just a simple curl job for Google Authentication.
