72662 Debug of library Script

We have had a library scritp done, but there are a few bugs in the coding... We need to get those resolved asap. The orginal programmer Cannot be reached.. 1. When checking out, you need to enter a date that the order needs to be recieved by- date needs to be required to proceed in the example format. 2. On the sign up form, I had a fatal error when all the fields were not entered. 3. The script is not subtracting the items for the available inventory, that are still listed as available, even if they are checked out. 4. the check in area of the adminshould have the item numbers listed. There is a space available for them, but they do not show up. 5. The order confirmation area in the admin needs to have the name & address of the orderer listed. There is an area for this, but it does not show up there.
